The Lasik Vision Institute is seeking a Virtual Consult Patient Counselor whose main responsibilities are to explain the surgical center’s services and provide superior customer service over the phone and/or video conferencing technology, and optimize conversion rates for patient visits to the booking of procedures.

Reporting to our Patient Support Center Manager, the Virtual Consult Patient Counselor is ultimately responsible for improving the patient experience in our team-centric, busy and successful Patient Support Center in West Palm Beach, FL.
Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday (Every other Weekend) 4 shifts available: 7:30am-3:30pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm or 12pm-8pm
