$15-$18 per hour + commissions, based on experience.

We are looking for high energy, motivated Patient Support Coordinator to work in our fast-paced Call Center in West Palm Beach to handle inbound calls and schedule appointments.

As a Patient Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for generating enthusiasm with patients and booking appointments for our LASIK Surgery Centers. You will be responsible for answering calls and booking appointments for our LASIK Centers nationwide.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Ability to have direct impact on achievement of results by delivering exceptional patient service.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills required, ability to communicate information that requires explanation or interpretation.
  • Proficiency in solving problems, navigating systems and processes.
  • Ability to interpret policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency working with standard office equipment; computers and phones.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and works well in a team environment.
  • 1-3 years prior work experience in a call center role, preferably a minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service eye care role.
  • High School Diploma required.

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
