  • Key sales counselor responsible for consultative sales working with patients interested in having corrective vision procedures. 
  • Work with patients to educate on the different surgical procedures, promotions, etc. articulate key selling points and create excitement.
  • Create relationship with patient to develop trust and answer questions pertaining to surgical procedures.
  • Responsible for following sales consultative procedures, documenting patient notes, etc.
  • Other duties as required by the Center Manager.


  • High School Diploma/GED Required. Associate degree or Degree in progress is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-years experience working with people in a function related to customer service, sales, or medical/wellness patient assistance or administration.
  • Experience in face to face customer or patient interaction is essential.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with patients to provide a positive experience.
  • Highly developed listening skills.
  • Exemplary organizational skills; willingness to be cross-trained and fill in for other staff members.
  • Results driven and takes initiative; goal focused with strong problem-solving abilities;
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and work with a high degree of professionalism in a fast-paced, team-oriented, dynamic, retail services environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to and implement change.
  • Basic computer skills required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exprience in a field related to optometry or ophthamology is an asset.
