    As a Patient Counselor, you will be responsible for generating enthusiasm with our patients to educate them on LASIK procedures, overcome objections with patients and convert patient leads into patient clientele.

    The LASIK Vision Institute is looking for a customer service, patient focused individual to join the team to work as a Patient Counselor.  This is an exciting opportunity to join the World’s largest LASIK provider and be a part of an amazing team!

    • Key sales counselor responsible for consultative sales working with patients interested in having corrective vision procedures. 
    • Work with patients to educate on the different surgical procedures, promotions, etc. articulate key selling points and create excitement.
    • Create relationship with patient to develop trust and answer questions pertaining to surgical procedures.
    • Responsible for following sales consultative procedures, documenting patient notes, etc.


      • Must be patient service focused with the ability to deliver high customer satisfaction.
      • Prior consultative sales experience preferred, with proven sales track record.
      • Excellent verbal communication skills required, ability to develop relationship with patients to provide a positive experience.
      • Proficient with standard office equipment; multi-task comfortably; ability to work with a high degree of professionalism.
      • Experience with answering phones and multi-tasking.
      • Exemplary organizational skills; willingness to be cross-trained and fill in for other staff members.
