  • Overview

    The Call Center Administrator is responsible for all ancillary duties related to assisting the Call Center in the day to day operations.  A Call Center Administrator will assist the management team and agents in the compilation of reports, responding to email inquiries, reviewing patient text responses and other special projects necessitated by Call Center Management Team.

    Responsibilities

    • First line of contact for inquiries which come into the call center; answering phones and responding to emails
    • Receive the department daily mail, scan and email HR documents
    • Ensuring all patient emergency/prescription emails are called on/emailed to centers and documented in patient's file
    • Compile and report hourly and weekly call center metrics to management and agents
    • Complete monthly schedule for agents and report any irregularities to management
    • Assist management with reviewing electronic timesheets and updating issues for agents as reported.
    • Review Voicemails throughout the day and send to management for follow up
    • Identifies areas of potential risk and reports issues to Management
    • Foster and promote a positive and collaborative working relationship within the Call Center Admin group
    • Assist Eyesite Scheduling department with updating center schedules
    • Other Special Projects as necessitated by business

    Qualifications

    • Good customer service skills 
    • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills 
    • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products 
    • Strong organizational skills 
    • Good interpersonal skills 
    • Ability to work in a team environment 
    • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
